Practical detail
Headquarters at Via Faentina in Ravenna. The academy advertises a network of around twenty bases across Italy, but ENAC recognises two flying fields, La Spreta and Capannoli, and two examination sites. Aircraft are supplied for practical training and are dual-control, so students do not need their own, and training at customer premises is offered. Instruction is in Italian and no English-language course is listed.
Price
Published on its own site, with VAT treatment not stated and ENAC examination fees excluded: A1/A3 €30, A2 €349, STS-01 theory €349 or €1,599 for the full package with practical and skill test, STS-02 €698. Familiarisation flying runs from €175 for five missions. Photogrammetry and remote sensing modules are €250 each, GIS €500 and advanced SORA €609.
We list Italdron Academy because we could confirm it exists and operates in drone training. We are not affiliated with it, we take no fee for the listing, and inclusion is not an endorsement. Details go out of date — the provider's own site and your authority's list of recognised entities are the sources that count. Checked 2026-09.
